I am 29 Years old, single male, looking to rent two of my available rooms in my family home which I live in by myself. The room is fully furnished with a king size bed, desk/work space and ensuite (shower, sink & toilet). The room is currently pink but I would happy for you to change the colour if you wish to paint it.

You will have full use of the house including lounge, dining room, kitchen, shower room, 2x W/C’s, large garden and garage. The property is over three floors (Ground, First & Second) with this double bedroom being situated to the second floor on its own. The property is located on a quiet road in Leigh on Sea with ample on street parking. Leigh on Sea Train Station is located only 1.4 miles from the property with a drive time of 5 minutes. Local amenities are close by including Tesco’s express, Morrison’s and Leigh Broadway. I currently live on my own and am looking for a social and outgoing house mate who would benefit from living in such a nice area. I work long hours and am only at home in the late evenings and usually out on the weekends with family and friends. I have two maine coon cats called Azlan & Caspian who are amazing!

I am looking for someone who is in full time employment and reliable with payments. The ideal person would be a friendly and outgoing as I have a very nice and welcoming home to family and friends with a very relaxed vibe.
