We are looking for a young professional for our single room, in a 3 bed house with large garden, huge living room, 3 people in total (including you!) The bed has a brand new mattress and there is a massive wardrobe in the room!
It’s available from the 1st of Feb!

A terraced 3 bedroom house that is less than 15min walk from Debden tube station and around 15 minute walk to Loughton high street- you have everything you need on your doorstep. And you have Epping forest super close as well!

The house is furnished and well maintained by live out landlords (us :) David and An). We lived in the house for years- so everything works well. 2 years ago we decided to relocate up North, now we are renting out our lovely family home! The house has had almost a complete refurbishment with a new bathroom and toilet (separate) fitted, new boiler, renewed shed and a huge living space with large L-shaped sofa, also brand new windows. The house has a large kitchen with all appliances (including dishwasher and tumble dryer) and a dining space. And massive space in the loft to store suitcase and other items!

The large garden is easy to maintain with a patio/seating area (ideal for those summer barbeques) and plenty of open turf with tree coverage at the end. Gardening is shared so we hope you like nature!

Currently there are 2 young professionals who are occupying the double rooms! To keep the dynamics we are looking for someone who is between 20-35 and a non smoker! (No pets are allowed sorry)!

Car parking spaces are available in front of the house (free parking) on what is a quiet street for parking, and there is also a gravelled front to park on if you need it (we never do!).

PLEASE READ: The room cost 625 per month. In this price council tax and water are included and it’s a fixed payment but electricity & gas (around £50 that’s without government support if there is any) and internet (£10) are excluded and that’s on top of the fix and can be varied! Total is around £685!
