Up for grabs is a double bedroom, in a clean, well maintained, and quiet home. Available NOW!
HOUSEHOLD BILLS Inc - house/appliance insurance, and council tax are also all inc in your rent and taken care of for you.
There is WIFI which you're welcome to use, but please be aware if it's not sufficient for your use, it is not included in your rent, so feel free to arrange any WIFI needs you require.
THE HOUSE
This is a private home, not an agency let, or a tenancy, so please be respectful of this. The new lodger would need to be prepared to pitch in with cleaning, but only after themselves, but otherwise is free to relax in the home. We are friendly and happy to chat and catch up, but lodger will need to be laid back and happy with their own space, as we work full time professionally and like our own private time.
We are looking for someone who is happy to respect the privacy of the other occupants, who's easy going, friendly, and concientious, and unentitled.
Storage space is minimal in the bedroom and rest of the house, so you will need to keep that in mind, also please do not bring any large furniture items.
KITCHEN ACCESS
Please be aware that kitchen access is round the side of the house, not through the first floor as the living room is our bedroom.
This minor inconvenience has been reflected in the price of the room.
THE AREA
The home is a fifteen minute walk to the main shopping centres of Loughton, and Debden Broadway, and ten minutes walk to East 15 Acting School, with easy London Transport links via bus stops 30 seconds from the house using the 20 bus service, and Central Line links.
House also has free private off street parking available for you should you need it, and free parking on the street.
Immediate surrounding area is quiet, and suburban, with a Post Office, Sainsbury's local, Lidl, choice of news agents, leisure centre, forest walks, and friendly pubs
COVID 19
The room has been thoroughly cleaned and sterilised, and recently redecorated.
You will be provided with a brand new mattress protector for your comfort and hygiene.
I am happy to currently conduct new lodger interviews with you via video or phone call so we can speak, and go over what you're looking for, and use video call to give you a tour of the home.
