2 Rooms To Let, Short/Long Term Females Only

I would consider short term lets. Rent is in advance of each month. Smokers are welcome but please go outside, no smoking or vaping in the home (thank you). Double room has no bed so the occupant will need to bring or buy one, it has a wardrobe with drawers. The double is available from either the end of July or beginning of August. Single room has a single bed and an open closet. The home is basic but welcoming and friendly. Washing machine available as is all kitchen appliances and use of fridge/freezer by other occupants. The home has a friendly dog and cat so you must be 'pet friendly' and happy to live in a home they already know and love. Please keep this home clean and tidy as you are finding it. All rooms must be respected, even those that you solely occupy because this is still my home and I've kept it in a tidy condition.
Please note the distance between the location and your work so that you're aware of travel time. From here to Chelmsford is normally 25 minutes but can take a little longer with traffic.
