Newly decorated room available in a clean and well maintained family home, situated in a quiet road in Mayland, Chelmsford. The room is fully furnished with a flat screen freeview TV and has sole use of the family bathroom. High speed fibre wifi is also available.
The house is ideally located only 5 minutes drive to Maylandsea Marina and a 10 minutes drive to Southminster Railway station with a rail link to Liverpool Street. Maldon is approximately 15 minutes drive and It takes about 30 minutes to reach the center of Chelmsford (13 miles)
There is a kitchen with dining area with a separate fridge/ freezer and cupboard space is provided for the tenant.
There is a washing machine and off road parking is available.
Our house is kept exceptionally clean and tidy and would appreciate that the tenant cleans the room and bathroom regularly.
My wife and I are very understanding and accommodating, so feel free to call us if you have any questions. We also have a Cockapoo called Alfie who is very friendly.
