Great location just off the Northern Approach Road, walking distance to Colchester General Hospital and close to Several Business Park, Colchester North rail station, Asda, the A12, Highwoods Country Park. It is a 25 minute walk into town.

We know you'll love our beautifully furnished rooms, all decorated in a contemporary style.

We have a gorgeous double room with shared bathroom available from 1st June for £510 per month!

These fantastic rooms are furnished with a stylish, solid double bed, high quality mattress (for a great night's sleep!), with generous storage provided by a oak bedside tables, large built-in wardrobes so you'll have plenty for all your clothes. There is also a wide desk and chair in each room - great for home working or studying. You have an aerial point to connect your own TV if you so desire.

🙂 No tenant fees!
We charge just £95 to reserve this lovely room for 7 days while referencing checks are carried out. This goes towards your £250 security deposit prior to move in along with your first month's rent.

We're looking for working tenants who want a quiet, clean and modern place to call home. For your benefit and ours, we reference and credit check all prospective tenants.

Unfortunately, we can't take couples, those not in work, or those wishing to have children stay.

The house is owned and managed by a local, friendly landlord. We're registered with the Property Ombudsman, and are Trading Standards approved, so you can be sure you're dealing with professionals who will look after you - we pride ourselves on keeping our tenants happy!
