We are preferably looking for a second FEMALE TENANT who would like to live in a large, five-bedroom house in North Fambridge near Maldon, Essex. We will have a single room available on or around 11th July. Rent includes the free run of the many rooms in the house. No petty rules or restrictions - free to come and go as you wish. We really are open-minded on almost everything and are looking for a similarly minded lady, so if the idea of residents being semi-dressed or in a dressing gown on the first floor worries you, this may not be for you! We are looking for a lady who will socialise more than wanting to live in isolation in her room, although there is plenty of privacy in her own area.

Well situated in a rural location just 8 minutes walk to the railway station, 10 minutes drive to Maldon and South Woodham Ferrers. Just under an hour on the train to London.
We think a likely age would be around 25. The only stipulation is that any tenant must be a NON-SMOKER.
