My names Nick, im British and 30 years old looking for someone to join me in my home.

Im a working professional so will be spending quite a bit of time at work.

I will be looking for someone to respect my home and my work schedule, someone who is clean and tidy, and who can bring a friendly atmosphere into the home.

The room is freshly painted, and unfurnished apart from some drawers, but the room does have some built in hanging areas for clothes, if you need a bed and mattress i do have a new one i can supply in the room but send me a message and we can discuss it.

House is about 10 minute walk to the train station, and close to the river thames, parking is available. House also Free 64Mb (sufficient for 4k streaming on multiple devices) wifi and air conditioning.

Room is available from the 1st of August, 1 month rent as deposit, no minimum term.
