4 bedroom very clean, very modern and friendly family home with 1 friendly cocker spaniel dog.

House located in a quite cul-de-sac with plenty parking spaces. There’s also storage for a bike if it’s required.

Your race, colour, religion or sexual orientation is not an issue as we judge people on how honest, sincere and friendly they are.

The house has a large tidy and well kept garden with a BBQ that we like to fire up whenever the weather is nice enough, along with some easy listening light background music. (Not into loud music to the point you can’t hold a pleasant conversation with someone without having to raise your voice). Also we love sitting in the garden with a glass of wine and watching our overweight dog chase the pigeons around that keep teasing her. More chance of winning the lottery than her ever being able to catch one but it’s funny to watch😂

We are professionals that work for the NHS and a large Bank and both hold a current DBS certificate.

Preferably looking for someone who’s comfortable in a family environment and enjoys sitting down to an evening meal with others. But also happy with someone who prefers the privacy of their own room as long as you’re friendly.

We are local to Queen’s university Trust and great links to the city.

Room is available furnished to suit your needs and has a large fitted wardrobe as shown along with a double bed.

We are animals lovers and have even considered getting another dog or cat as we miss our 2 cats of which we had in a previous house for years until one passed away after being with us for 18 years. We have listed as no pets due to our silly coca spaniel having issues with other dogs. For some reason she is absolutely fine around people but shy/scared around other dogs to the point that when a friend brought a 2 month old small puppy into our house she hid behind the sofa absolutely refusing to come out and socialise 😮. If you have friendly dog we would be willing to consider it and maybe you could pop round for a coffee and see if the can get on.
