Walking distance from Rayleigh Station. We are about 40mins from London and 15 minutes to Southend Airport.
The X30 Bus runs from Rayleigh station and goes to Chelmsford and Stansted Airport. This is a safe and quiet residential area.
Walking distance away we have a local shops including; a Chinese takeaway, Tesco extra and BP Garage and M&S small store.
We are within easy access to the A127 and A13 Roads to Southend/Basildon and Chelmsford. Also not far from Rayleigh High Street, which has numerous bars & restaurants, a medical centre, dentists, supermarkets, a library, sports centres and parks.

All bills included. We are a relaxed and friendly household. This is a welcoming home so we are looking for easy-going person who is professional.
