Own living room & bedroom with own entrance

The apartment section is two rooms with your own door entrance to the both rooms.

Main apartment door leads into a living room with a dinning room and TV with large speaker. Office desk and extra small fridge.

The second room is a bedroom with double bed (under bed storage) double wardrobe and plenty storage draws.

The double room is large enough for guests to sleep over and a single flat bed is under the double bed for guests if needed.

Share bathroom and main kitchen/ own shelves. Washing machine/cooker/bread maker/cake maker/microwave & all kitchen contents to share. Plates/cups/ cutlery/pans ect..

1 x a week the kitchen & bathroom will be cleaned by myself.

Council tax will be paid for you and you will be registered on the council tax registration.

TV licence can be arranged if needed for you - though I don't need myself. However this can also be available.

Rayleigh train station 25 mins walk and town centre 30 mins walk distance. With Asda shopping 4 mins walk away from apartment. If you drive - you have a parking space..
