It has a shared kitchen and lounge area and bathroom with power shower, and an extra toilet and basin downstairs, conservatory leading to large garden with summerhouse (which has a gym, dart board and chill area with TV), and a large shared driveway. plenty of fridge/freezer's and cupboards, washing machine, tumble dryer, large gas cooker, microwave etc.
No smoking inside the house, smokers can smoke in the conservatory with the windows open and door connecting to the house shut. Unless the weather is nice and will have to smoke in the garden.
