A very nice detached house close to town and railway station (Liverpool street line). Nice friendly household. It has a shared kitchen and lounge area and bathroom with power shower, and an extra toilet and basin downstairs, conservatory leading to large garden with summerhouse (which has a gym, dart board and chill area with TV), and a large shared driveway. plenty of fridge/freezer's and cupboards, washing machine, tumble dryer, large gas cooker, microwave etc. and we have someone in to clean the communal areas on a regular basis.

No smoking inside the house, smokers can smoke in the conservatory with the windows open and door connecting to the house shut.

There are 3 rooms becoming available. There is a large double with then for £600 per calendar month and a standard double Room for £450 per calendar month, both available to move into after 27/6. Also there is a slightly larger double for £480 per calendar month that will be available after the 4/7.

Deposit will be required to hold a room and take advert down. You can pay rent on either a monthly or weekly basis but 1 month will be required upfront either way.
