My 2 bed flat is on the 2nd (top) floor, all walls are brick with no plasterboard.
The room and entire flat have been recently renovated with modern flooring, lighting, blinds etc.

The living room is large and contains a large TV, corner sofa, dining table, electric fire, Fish Tank, Virgin Media package incl Sky Sports + BT Sports channels and 100mb Broadband.

The kitchen is in a separate room and contains the usual appliances (kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge, freezer and oven), there's also a breakfast bar with 2 stalls for separate eating if needed.

Bathroom is shared and is modern with a good sized modern shower.

Balcony off the living room and includes a table and chairs and a BBQ.

Located 10 mins walk from Romford station which is on the new TFL/Crossrail/Elizabeth line and also all the shops incl a large Sainsbury's.

Parking is on street with an annual permit costing around £80.

All bills are included including TV, Internet, gas, electric, water, council tax and TV licence.

I would consider a Monday-Friday let if required.

Deposit is £525 (1 month rent).

About me:
I work near Liverpool Street and stay out a couple of evenings each week and not always around at weekends, so there's plenty of space - especially with the separate kitchen from living room.

My hobbies include trying to keep fit (cycling, gym, rugby etc), drinks and meals out.

I'm looking to share my flat with someone who's mature, respectful and preferably a male.

No DSS, Pets or Couples please.
