House in quiet cul de sac but 30 seconds Cottons Park, 1 minute walk Brewery Romford (shops, restaurants etc), 5 mins walk Romford train station, 15 mins walk to Queens Hospital and 30 minute journey door to door by bus to King George Hospital. Train is 15 mins Stratford or 20 mins Liv St. Close to coast e. g. Southend, Leigh on Sea, Clacton. Elizabeth line is at Romford station so fast access to Heathrow, Reading, Oxford St etc.

House is new build, large has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and downstairs toilet. Nice garden. There is no room for storage in shed so please take note of this.

No parking whatsoever, none on drive or in street.
Large kitchen with island and bi fold doors to garden.

Would suit someone who works professionally, is tidy and and eats healthy and has positive attitude. Landlord lives in with one other lodger so the new lodger would make it three in total.
