Laundry includes drier for wet days and 2 washing machines while the garden allows for outdoor drying
A cleaner comes once every 2 weeks to maintain communal areas.
2 secluded garden areas allow for space and include BBQs, fire pits tables and chairs!

Top floor so full view of park from large window which enjoys the morning sun and is not overlooked due to the level so feeling of privacy also!

Due to ensuites / other toilets in house you will be sharing bathroom / in bath shower with only 1 other.
