Hi there,

I have a double room for rent it does not have an ensuite but you will have your own bathroom (room 1)available end of May

The house is a cottage with lots of charm recently refurbished to a high, modern standard. Full use of the living room, kitchen, including washing machine, dishwasher, American fridge/freezer, microwave, electric hob, full kitchen appliances and dining room. Also a lovely large garden with patio and BBQ for use in the summer.

Looking for a professional housemate female who wants to live in a nice clean and friendly environment.

I would like to think I am laid back and would like housemates to be the same. This should be treated as a home and not just a room to rent.

The area has many modes of transport, with over 6 different choice of buses going to the centre of Romford and beyond. If you like to walk, like I do, it's only a 10 minute walk to Romford Station and can be in Liverpool Street Station in 20 minutes. There are many pubs, cafes, restaurants, post office and shops nearby. Close to A127, A12 and M25.
