I am looking for someone who would like to share a nice home who is easy going, friendly and most importantly, reliable with their rent. You will be sharing a house with three others (1 female and 2 males) aged between 38 to 54 who are friendly, chatty and like to have a social drink on Friday’s night together after a long week of work. We all have a great sense of humour who get on very well.

The room is 12ft by 10ft fully furnished but there is space to put your own furniture within the room or other belongings. You also have internet access via wireless. I have washing machine, cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer, etc are provided. This house is very clean, very quiet, cosy and warm with double glazed windows and central heating.

Although my partner and I are smokers, we do not smoke inside the house. All smokers will have to smoke outside.
