I am currently renting a 2-bedroom flat and have 1 double bedroom with en-suite available for £700 per month including all bills.
The bedroom is fully furnished with a bed, mattress, bedside drawers, wardrobe and chest of drawers and also features a door opening onto a Juliet balcony. The double room also comes with an en-suite with toilet, sink and shower.
The flat itself is located less than a 10 minute walk from Romford train station.
There is a spacious shared living room with a lovely open plan kitchen/dining area, there is also a parking space available.
I'm a friendly, laid-back individual, easy to live with and clean and tidy. I'm happy to arrange viewings and chat on the phone. Drop me a message if you're interested, I can't answer phone calls between 9-5.30 as I'm working.
