I am looking to rent the spare room in my new build, well-presented 2 bedroom apartment. Located just across the road from Romford town centre and within easy reach of Central London. This is not a party house/ student let but a relaxed home.

- Last train home from Stratford 01:02am or from London Liverpool Street 12: 55am

About me: I am easy going, gay, open minded and light hearted; enjoy all the usual stuff, good conversation and simply chilling out most evenings, cooking, films and box sets.
I like to keep the place reasonable tidy, more importantly hygenic.
I believe in communication and being respectful of each others space as the best way to keep a happy household. I can be a big personality and excitable at time, but really do appreciate chill time too.

Ideal tenant would be someone similar: Friendly, respectful, chilled out, tidy, non-smoker and happy to share a dinner or an odd bottle of wine. Similar-ish age 20-40. Enjoys movies and box sets.
I am looking for the right personality who will bring their own positive energy.

This apartment is not suitable for pets, families, smoker, couples or babies.
