The accomodation on offer is a double Bedroom with a separate lounge/study and own bathroom at the top of our town house in the lovely riverside village of Rowhedge. The rooms are all nice and light. There is a shared kitchen and sitting areas comprising of a peaceful conservatory and small garden. Smoking is permitted in the garden.
It's a peaceful, relaxing and friendly house, somewhere quiet to study or to chill out after a busy day at work.
We are close to the university by car although non drivers would need to get 2 buses.
We are also 3 miles from Colchester which has larger shops, restaurants and cinema etc. There is an hourly bus service. The surrounding countryside is on the doorstep if you enjoy walking or cycling. We are only an hour from London.
