We are a clean and quiet household of three. We have three pets, one six-year old black Labrador - Aegon, and two cats, seven year old Lena and six-year old Bernard, so potential applicants must at least like living with animals!

The room available is a reasonably sized single room to the rear of the property. The room is furnished with a single bed, a desk, two chests of drawers (one small, one large), large shelf-space and clothes-hanging space. It is upstairs bathroom adjacent, with the bathroom in question being a little on the small side, but containing a sink, toilet, mirror and shelving, and is for the exclusive use of the tenants in the property. The property has a large garden to the rear with secure storage space for bicycles and decking, a fair-sized garden to the front (both of which are for the use of tenants,) and on-street parking.

Use of the broadband, phone and television services are included with the room, as well as use of clothes-washing facilities and tumble-dryer (or an air-drying rack if you would prefer!), it also includes the use of all of the appliances in the kitchen, all cutlery, crockery and cookware, and also includes fridge/freezer space, and a reasonable amount of cupboard space.

The rent price covers the room and includes all bills.
