Double room in close to Saffron Walden centre

Vicky and I are professional females in our 20s looking for another housemate(s) to share our three bed semi in Saffron Walden.
Vicky is a teacher and currently teaches specialist history days in schools. I am a lawyer in London. My arrangement means that I am only around a couple of nights a week, so it would just be you and Vicky most of the time. More details available.
We are both tidy and sociable, but more in a having coffee, cooking, or grabbing a takeaway and watching a film together way rather than a party vibe. We also have lovely neighbours and occasionally will do stuff together (e. g. dinner, drinks, or dog walks, all as the rules allow at the moment).
The house has a kitchen with a coffee area, living room and separate dining room, so there is enough space for us to give each other privacy if we have friends over as needed, or to spend time together. There is also a decent sized garden with a small patio, table and chairs, and a firepit, great for cosy evenings outside!
The available room is currently furnished with a double bed, wardrobes and chest of drawers. Some flexibility on furniture could be discussed. It is not strictly en suite, but shares the master bathroom with just my room, and is therefore a private bathroom (downstairs toilet available for guests) the majority of the time.
If you don’t know Saffron Walden, it is absolutely gorgeous and needs to be seen to be truly appreciated. We look over the football club and are minutes walk from beautiful fields and the Bridge Gardens which is rather lovely, so some great walks and views nearby. We are 5 mins walk to the market square (Tuesday and Friday markets, with fantastic food available) and a collection of high street shops. Saffron Walden also has a large Tesco (with petrol station), Waitrose, Aldi, B&M and PureGym within easy access, not to mention some great pubs, restaurants and cafes.
We are looking for someone who is willing to treat the place as their home, respecting that is ours too. Someone who shares some of our interests (reading, films, walking, exercise, cooking, baking, chilling etc). We are fully aware we aren’t the most exciting people, but if you would like to join us in our slightly boring but very enjoyable home, please do get in touch.
