Double Room in central Saffron Walden

I am looking for someone to join me in my newly refurbished cottage. It is in the centre of Saffron Walden. I have 1 double room at the top of the house which is furnished with a large double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers etc.

A newly painted bathroom with a great shower and bath is on the 1st floor and is shared with the landlord.

The house has small living areas so would suit someone who doesn't mind sharing space. The house has a nice kitchen and garden which is great in the summer plus a large cellar which is used for an office and storage space.

There is on street parking with the property at an additional cost of £100 p. a.

The cost includes all bills - weekly cleaner, Sky, fast internet, gas, electric & water.

I work away from home at least 2 weeks a month so I need to be able to trust whoever is in the house and know that I'm returning to a clean, tidy and peaceful house. I'm a sporty person who eats healthily and likes to be active especially at the weekends.

My current lodger who has been with me for 2 years is moving out in February.
