The room will be fully decorated prior to occupation, but it is situated in a good position for local transport routes, and is only a short walk to ASDA and other local amenities.
You will have shared use of the kitchen and Bathroom. The Landlord is also happy for you to also use the lounge if you so wish.
There is also a downstairs toilet and a garden to the rear as well as plenty of communal parking close by if you have a vehicle.
We will require:
