Hello, I am a home owner looking for a tidy professional person to rent a beautiful double room with en suite, with King size bed with under bed storage in my house. The room is newly decorated to a professional standard with good condition quality carpet and newly fitted wardrobes. The en suite is nicely tiled floor to ceiling with fitted shower, basin and toilet. There is also a lock and key for bedroom door.
This house as an large open plan living area, fitted kitchen with American fridge/freezer, dish washer and washing machine, and dining space. This house also benefits from a third WC cloakroom downstairs. There is a very tidy garden and lawn with a newly built large storage building at the back of the garden.£650 deposit which will be returned at the end of stay and £650 rent payed all bills included. Reviewed stay at the end of 4 months for continued renting.. Very peaceful home.
There is 1 pet in the house a kitten.
