I have a double room to let in a spacious 2 bedroomed house, in a quiet residential road, 10 minutes from Southend East railway station. You can catch the c2c train straight into Fenchurch Street, London or Southend Central. Southend airport is located 3.5 miles from the house so it's only a short 10 minute drive away. South church road (the local high street) is less than 10 minutes walk away and has several pubs/bars, restaurants and food shops such as Tescos, Co-op and Sainsburys.

The room is fully furnished, with a comfortable double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and a small shelving unit.

All living areas are shared including lounge, dining room, kitchen, bathroom with bath and electric shower, garden and decking with garden patio furniture. Parking is available in the street, but there is no off-street parking

All household bills are included in the rent except for the house phone.

Looking for an easy going professional/student, who is relaxed in nature and clean and tidy, respecting the place as if it was their own. I'm a live in landlord, who is warm and sociable and who will equally respect your privacy. I'm a primary school teacher who works in London during the week.
