I am looking for a fun, friendly, but most importantly a Clean (!) Individual to rent my spare room.

The room is fully furnished in a new flat.

Im looking for someone who will take really good care of the flat as well as the room. Cleanliness is a big thing for me.

Im originally a Londoner so some weekends Im in london visiting friends and my parents. Ontop of this I work full time in Banking in London.

The room will be available 1 month after confirmation of you moving in.

Everything is included in the rental price in this new development. You will also benefit from:
