I am looking for someone to occupy the spare room in my 2 bed 1 bath apartment starting on the 25th of July. The apartment building is located 5 minutes from Southend High Street and 2 minutes from Victoria Train Station with good links to Southend Airport.
My ideal flatmate is a female working professional who preferably works in a bank, office or flight crew and is within the age range from 23 to 29. I am looking for someone independent and considerate to sign a contract and move in for a minimum period of 6 months.
The apartment has been maintained to a high standard and the same consideration to the property will be expected from the new tenant. The spare room is unfurnished but the living room/kitchen area has a sofa, a kitchen table and chairs. Other amenities include a dishwasher, washing machine, a large fridge-freezer, radiators and an oven.
According to the contract by the letting agency, Ayers & Cruiks, drug-use, smoking and pets are not allowed within the property.
This safe and secure tidy apartment is comfortable and peaceful. It is important to note that construction is going on just outside the building between 8am and 6pm from Monday till Saturday
