Very central, brilliant location, great value medium sized room(for one person) and house. The room is considerately fully furnished so you do not need to buy anything. The decorations are generally kept a fresh white with a blue theme to carpets, and pine furniture. We have curtains that dim the light if you need to sleep in the day.
There is a sun patio, and sizeable garden landscaped to provide a bigger patio and lawn, with additional garden entry and security for bikes. The views of the surrounding area are great, and there are long views across the Estuary, somehow the air here is invigorating as it is surprisingly open outside the house.
The house has generous services, all the mod cons, internet, modern full bathroom and separate shower room, and in addition, 2 cloakrooms( a 3 WC house in fact).
The housemates welcome professionals new to the area, or mature masters and Phd students. The Landlords manage the cleaning, and the housemates keep the kitchen and bathrooms very clear and reasonable between cleans.
The rest of the house is well furnished and equipped with washing machine, dryer, TV and internet, so you can move into the existing friendly community without buying loads of stuff, all you need is your bedding and of course personal items. The house looks small on the outside but in fact it has surprising open common areas once inside, you are not squeezed in at all. A bit like a tardis.
The house is well managed by active owners, Members of the local professional Landlord group SEAL, so they are among the best landlords in town, providing a personal service to their valued tenants, many of whom have been with us for over 10 years.
