The good sized room is in a quiet, clean house, overlooks a sunny patio garden, and has all the necessary furniture for you to move into with just your personal items.. The other residents are very pleasant hardworking professionals. The house is in a late Victorian terrace, it is crisp, clean and light, all well thought out with a pretty patio garden, where you can sit and relax in the sun and fresh air.
This well maintained house is very convenient to stations and buses, High Street, University and beach. It is very near to Victoria Station at the top of the High Street, so really convenient for hospital or airport workers.
There is a full bathroom and and a separate shower room, and a separate toilet with a basin, so no queuing. The large, light kitchen diner has both washing machine and dryer, as well as all the usual appliances. There is also high power internet.
You will be welcome and part of a reasonable community. There is Resident's street parking if you need it at a reasonable price of £15 p. a. The house and garden is well managed by active landlords, members of SEAL, the local group recognising good landlords, therefore among the best landlords in the town.
