I the landlord live in the property. Im looking for a professional worker who is respectful, tidy and clean.

Rent to be paid each week on time via direct debit, the rent and deposit are non negotiable. If you can't afford it or ask for a discount i won't be renting the room to you.

I have four parrots who make a bit of noise but aren't too bad.

£300 plus £120 up front to secure the room. If you come and view the room, £50 non refundable deposit is required to secure the room.

No pets or anyone receiving benefits, professional workers only.

All in all a lovely clean house, nice quiet street.

Also single room available for £100 per week and £300 deposit

One month minimum let, if you leave before a month the rent will be taken from the deposit.

Please don't text asking if the rooms are still available, put some effort into introducing yourself such as how long you want the room for, what you do for work. Also if the advert is still live it means that the rooms are still available for rent.
