Double bedroom for rent

I’m quite location, One double bedroom for rent in a clean house. A 3 minute walk to Stanford Le hope train station and 5 minutes to the shops.
Bedroom overlooks front of the house and includes double bed and storage for clothes.

Shared used of bathroom, living room, kitchen and garden. All bills included (rent, tax, ultra fast broadband, water, electric and gas). Cleaner attends weekly.

Deposit is one and half months rent which you will receive back at the end of your contract (subject to conditions in your signed contract)

Must like cats and dogs (although the dog stays out with me). I’m a friendly professional who works Monday to Friday, I spend a lot of time out of the house, I spend most weekends and a few evenings at my partners house .

Currently have one other lodger who will be attending the performers college from September.

Will send photos of bedroom and visits are welcomed in the evening and Saturdays,

Please note you must tidy up after yourself when using the communal areas.

Contract will be sent and must be signed.
