Our home has spare rooms which we let to people wanting lodgings for at least 3 months.

Our accommodation is of a high standard and suits working people who are looking for somewhere clean and tidy with a friendly atmosphere.

We are situated in a quiet area with on road parking and the house is only six minutes walk from the main line rail station to Fenchurch Street. Two minutes to bus routes and other local amenities.

If you are a shift worker please be aware there is a parking restriction between 10 am and 4 pm Monday to Friday.

Please note we do not take anyone who smokes in any form.

Utility bills and Wi-Fi included.

We take up an employer’s reference.

A deposit of £475 and one month's rent in advance is required.
