Brand new home walking distance to train station

We are renting out our spare bedroom with en-suite in the Walpole Meadows development of Stansted. It’s walkable to Stansted Mountfitchet Station (15 mins) and a 5 min drive to the airport. I believe we aren’t far from a bus route that takes you to the airport too. There is parking available at the house.
The house has a utility/washing machine, garden and two living rooms.

We work in London but may have the occasional day working from home. We are clean, tidy and friendly and are looking for someone similar to share our home. We currently don’t have cleaner but are happy to share duties or split the cost of one.

The Rose and Crown pub is a 5 min walk from the house so if you like pub quizzes you can join us on the monthly quiz night.

We have two existing residents, Maverick (Cat) and Daphne (Dog). Both very well behaved and friendly but won't be allowed in your room. So no need to worry about a pet uninvited guests.
