Shared use of utility room and very large countryside garden with patio and barbeque area. Separate fridge and cupboard space.

Plenty of parking on premises.

Short drive to central and mainline stations, M25 and local amenities.

Professional male required, references essential.

Security deposit plus 4 weeks rent required to be paid in advance. Payable weekly. Rent includes some utilities.

The price listed is based on full time rental of the room, Monday to Sunday - however I’m open to consider other options
