I have a double room to rent in a newly renovated ground floor house/flat based in the quiet village of Stock. It is located halfway between Basildon and Chelmsford on the 100 bus route, and only 10-15 minutes away from Billericay.
The room is a large double, and comes part-furnished (large wardrobe, large desk, and storage unit. Would need to provide own bed). The pictures of the room are from when it was occupied by the previous tenant, so not all those furnishings are included.
Amenities include a washing machine, WiFi, BT television and Netflix, bathroom with separate toilet, fair size garden, parking outback, kitchen with oven/grill and microwave, large cosy lounge with a feature fireplace.
