This is NOT a house share, I rent out a spare room. The room is 13ft x 10ft and is furnished with single bed, wardrobe, desk etc., and has views of the countryside. This is NOT a party house. I have had several lodgers who have stayed years. Safe off road parking. We do have Wifi. We prefer Monday - Friday lodger. But will consider 7days a week.. All Covid jabs done.
