This is a studio type conversion which is attached to my main property. I live in the main part of the house which is separate from the studio which has its’ own door.

Suitable for a single, working professional, female 25 or over - not suitable for Working from Home applicants

This is a large double sized room for single female occupancy.
It has a door to separate the kitchen and separate Shower/WC room

It includes a 5ft bed with large storage underneath mattress, a separate three seater grey sofa, a white wardrobe, chest of drawers, wall mounted TV,

Kitchen has floor & wall units, gas cooker., microwave, a brand new washing machine, under counter fridge/freezer
The fitted cupboards hold saucepans, cutlery, crockery and general kitchen utensils. There is also a Toaster, kettle and other general kitchen items..

Own door via side gate to house

Rent: £850 pm inclusive of Council Tax, utility bills (ie Electricity, Gas, Water Rates and Wifi.)

No land line telephone.

Any or all Home Office or other relevant legal documents relating to Right to Work and/or Right to Rent will need to be in date and produced if relevant.

One months deposit and one months rent required with references sought if required

This is a very quiet house and the studio is for rent to single, professional, working ladies over 25.
