Comfortable double room in large maisonette

This is a good-sized, comfortable, furnished room in a large maisonette. The room has plenty of storage, with desk and drawers, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside drawers, bookshelf, and under-bed drawers. Furniture can be rearranged to suit.

I have rooms and bathroom on the upper floor, so you will have access to your own bathroom (with bath/shower).

There is a fairly new kitchen and living/dining room, all cheerfully refurbished, for shared use, and the rent includes all bills and fast wifi. Two large kitchen cupboards are available for your use. Bedding and towels can be provided as required.

There is a pretty garden and it's a fairly quiet area.

The property is close to the M25 and has free parking outside. It would suit someone with a car, although there is also a bus stop close by, with buses to Waltham Abbey and Waltham Cross station. It's not a great location for someone commuting to London though.

I'm looking for a lodger who is easy-going, considerate and friendly. You should be working out of the house Monday-Friday daytimes (a condition of the rent-a-room scheme). No overnight guests please.

I have a cat and I'm looking for someone who likes cats and doesn't mind feeding him when I'm away. (I'm also open to trying out a lodger with an outdoor/indoor cat too - as long as they get along!)
