Double room for rent - All bills inc. Room is furnished with a small double bed, Chest of draws, wardrobe and there is room for a desk also.

The house is in a quite cul-de-sac, tube and train stations are a short drive away and M25 J26 is 5 min drive.

The property has 2 bathrooms and the room comes with use of the main bathroom which has a shower. I use the ensuite so it will be you and my daughter who uses the bathroom,

Property has a nice garden with seating area.

Off street parking.

O2 fast broadband and there is an electric car charger on the drive (if you want to use this electricity for car charging will need to be paid in addition)

My daughter lives here part time.

We also have a dog - Benji who is a affectionate cockapoo so liking dogs is an absolute must.

I work from home in a professional job. Sometimes travel into London for work but mainly based at home.

Looking for someone preferably from a professional background. Sociable, sane and tidy.

Rent will be payable on the first of the month by direct debit and 1 months rent required as security. Proof of income will be required.

PS - Photos - room is currently used as a spare room so once let pics and stuff on the shelves will be moved. There is currently an electric piano In the room as shown in the photos and that will be moved also. No TV Ariel in room but can use NOW TV/Apple TV box to get channels etc
