A Double Bedroom In A House In Ninefields

Hello,

I have a lovely double bedroom available to let in my house. The double bedroom has a comfy ottoman double bed with lots of storage under it, a large wardrobe and also comes with a desk and a chair, basically all that you see in the pics. You will have the use of a modern bathroom shared with two other tenants. All the bills are included in your rent, Virgin fibre optic 500mbps broadband. Kitchen shared by a total of 4 tenants in the house.
I am looking for a tennant who is a working professional, quiet, cleans up after themselves and is respectful of others. Strictly no smokers and single occupants only please. Long stays only please.
A cleaner comes in once a week to clean the bathrooms and communal areas.
I can't stress it enough - I am looking for someone who will be clean, quiet, respectfull and treat my house as their own. I look after my tenants and it is my intention they have an enjoyable and pleasant stay in my house.
