Hello, I live in a large house in waltham abbey and I am looking to rent out a beautiful light, large furnished top floor en-suite room double room. This room has space for a small sofa and has storage down the sides. Great room for people who like there privacy.

There is also plenty of on street parking and one parking space for you on the driveway.

The garden is shared use, it's huge and has a lovely decking area.

House facilities:

Washing Machine
Tumble dryer
Fridge and freezer
Dishwasher
Ensuite
Silly amounts of cooking equipment ;)
(All normal household appliances)
Huge garden with decking and garden seating

Travel;
There is a bus stop directly outside the house that will either take you to Waltham cross station or Theydon Bois central line. Both are just a short 10 minute ride, from there you can lol be in central London within 40minutes.

A little bit about us & what we are looking for:
We love keeping our home clean and tidy. We do our own thing but always stop for a nice chats over a cuppa, share new food recipes, or pop to the gym together. Although we do our own thing the general house vibe is very much a supportive family home vibe where everyone is welcome. This is very important to us. It’s a big house, often with all of us in, which is rare. It can be still very quiet.

As a note the living room area is predominately for my use, as I can’t watch television in my bedroom. However the living are is open plan with the kitchen and dining area is still an open social space that can be used.
