Affordable accommodation offered in Westcliff-on-Sea, ESSEX – SS0 area, excellent opportunity for a Female preferred a Homesharer who is looking to live in a lovely home.

We are a Not-for-Profit charity in London who run a Homeshare programme, where we find Homesharers who are willing to provide approximately 10 hours a week of help, support and companionship to a householder who has a spare room.

TRANSPORT
The nearest railway station is Chalkwell Railway Station it takes 8 minutes in the car, the bus stop is a 3 minute walk from the house and it takes you to the train station in 25 minutes. Chalkwell railway station is on the London, Tilbury and Southend line, serving the locality of Chalkwell in Southend-on-Sea, Essex. It is 33 miles 69 chains down the main line from London Fenchurch Street via Basildon and it is situated between Leigh-on-Sea to the west and Westcliff to the east.

HOUSEHOLDER
A lovely gentleman in his 70's he lives in a 3 bedroom house with a small garden. He has an 11 year old dog, His mobility is not good and would like someone who could go for walks with him sometimes, he is looking for someone who can cook an evening meal (he loves Chinese food) and he would enjoy having company sitting and eating meals together, and help him with some shopping, cleaning, help around the house. He is very chatty and loves to laugh and tell stories. He spends most of his day watching TV, enjoys watching sports following the football and watching movies.

ACCOMMODATION
Spacious 3 bed house there are shared facilities the kitchen and dining room. There is a drive way for 2 cars to park and there is free off street parking.
The homesharer will have most of the upstairs to themselves in the bedroom there is a double bed, fully furnished room and there is another bedroom which is empty it can be used for storage. You would have your own bathroom with a toilet shower and a bath.

APPLICATION PROCEDURE
The room is available immediately subject to DBS and Reference checks and after an initial meeting has been organised.
