I have just refurbished my 2 bedroom flat on Westcliff Parade but I now need to go abroad for at least a year. I would like to rent the flat out to someone who would take care of it as if it was their own in the meantime.

- electricity
- council tax
- (there is no gas in the building)

I think the flat would suit an individual or couple who work from home as the property is quite spacious and the second bedroom could easily be used as an office.

The flat comes completely furnished as you can see in the pictures. However, if you would prefer to use your own furniture, I can have some or all of the furniture removed.

The kitchen is brand new and fully equipped with all of the utensils, pots, pans and crockery you need to live comfortably. It has a brand new oven, microwave, toaster, brand new tall fridge/freezer. Views of the sea and the pier are clear from the kitchen and living room.

Both double bedrooms have built-in wardrobes. The master bedroom is currently furnished with a brand new double bed frame and desk and mirror.

Brand new bathroom, brand new toilet room, brand new carpets and laminate flooring throughout the property. Brand new wifi-enabled heaters throughout (connect to alexa or remote control) keep the whole flat very warm and cosy. The flat has 2 storage cupboards and comes with a parking space in the underground carpark (electric gated).

The flat is situated opposite the cliffs in Westcliff which lead onto the seafront so the beach is only 5 minutes walk away. The flat is also on the 7th floor so benefits from beautiful sea views to east of Westcliff and north views from the bedrooms.

Southend Central and Westcliff train stations are roughly 8 minutes walk away in each direction. Southend high street is also a short walk away.

The flat will be available from 1st February.

No pets and no smoking. EPC rating - D.
