We are two well travelled healthcare and finance professionals from Spain and UK. We very much enjoy sharing our clean, well equipped modern home (including - the all important - garden) in Westcliff. We are sociable but also very clean and respectful of each others time and space. We have a spare room available which is very likely to suit one more like minded person. If you are well travelled, if you are a professional or perhaps a mature university student or simply appreciate having a nice garden then you are very welcome to come and take a look.

Our home is a spacious, peaceful three bed house with a separate lounge and separate kitchen (this NOT a house with extra bedrooms crammed in everywhere!) The double room available is tastefully furnished, and freshly decorated. The room really is very nice and no one has ever yet turned it down! The house is maintained in excellent order as is the - well stocked - mature garden. We have a cat who is very clean and quiet. The west facing garden is an afternoon sun trap, it is maintained too - at no additional cost. The kitchen and shower/bathroom are hygienic, modern and kept clean at all times.

At the top of the road there are two large chain convenience stores, post box, library and bus stop. Additionally three blocks along, is Chalkwell park. The house is within a five minute walk of Southend General hospital and fifteen minute walk of both Fenchurch Street and Liverpool street train lines. The household is relaxed but clean and not messy. We have everything you would expect in a modern house including high speed fibre optic wireless (and cat 6 wired in bedrooms too) internet and cable TV. We have two fridges and two freezers. The normal modern conveniences here are all generally high spec appliances and the boiler is - of course - on a continuous service contract. The bills included in the price are water, sewerage, council tax, insurance, TV, and (super fast) internet. We share equally, just the energy bills. The house is extremely well insulated and warm in the winter, but light and airy in the summer.
