We only accept clean, tidy and respectful tenants. It is a lovely space and the house is really quiet at night.

We share a 4 bedroom house, with a very large bathroom and kitchen with dining and common areas.
Kitchen: fully equipped and really large kitchen + dining area with a lot of cupboard (and your own private space) with new appliances: fridge and freezer, washing machine, microwave, dryer. Gas stove and electric oven are new as well.
Bathroom: large bathtub with shower area, and heated towel rail. Plus your own space and shelves for ALL your toiletries. Water pressure is really good as well!
