Property Information.

A stunning period Victorian property based in the heart of Westcliff with plenty of shops, supermarkets and restaurants within a few hundred yards. The property is an 18 minute walk from Westcliff train station, 18 minute walk from Southend Hospital and is on a bus route with regular services. Southend High Street is a 20 minute walk or 5 minutes by bus.

The property has been recently renovated and features modern appliance installations as well as unlimited Broadband (Wi-Fi). There is modern very large kitchen dining area that leads out to a rear garden. As you can see from the photographs it is a very fresh and welcoming home and it presents a lovely living environment not often experienced in House Shares. The room is fully furnished and ready to move into.

NB - one point to note is that this room does not have its own external window. One room door has frosted glass and is adjacent to the kitchen which is by the rear French doors - this provides indirect natural light.

We are a Landlord who own and manage our own properties. We are pleased to provide a great environment and choose our tenants very carefully to ensure harmony within the households. We have renovated our properties ourselves and our aim is to provide a completely different approach to House Sharing. Our properties are NOT typical bedsits but shared homes that are fresh and welcoming and feel like homes. We adhere to all of the legal requirements from Licences, Tenant Deposit Schemes and National Landlord association Tenancy Agreements as well as our properties being fully adapted to regulatory fire and emergency regulations. We take our tenants safety VERY seriously.

We always have rooms becoming available as well as those available immediately so please register an interest with us should you want to come and take a look around our House Shares to get a feel of what we currently have.

We have a flexible approach to letting and can accommodate most circumstances. We ask for a 2 week deposit and rent is payable weekly in advance.
