Cosy and clean home!

Hi there! I have a very large bedroom available. There is space to put in extra furniture such as a desk, drawers, futon etc. 10mins walk to high street and 15 mins to train station (takes 2 mins by car). Trains to Stratford (20-25 mins) and Liverpool street (30mins). Easy to get into London! Also right near A127 and easy access onto A12, A13 and M25. Parking also available. You will pretty much have a bathroom to yourself (as I have an en-suite).

Looking for someone who is kind, clean and considerate. A trustworthy person who is independent and likes their privacy would be well suited. If you’re looking for a quiet and peaceful sanctuary to relax in after work, then look no further! My home is always clean and tidy and would need someone who can love and care for it whilst living here. I will be willing to extend the trial period for suitable lodgers.
