Double room in social & friendly house in Witham

Hey, I’m Jade.

I have a 3 bedroom house in Witham and I’m looking for another housemate to join me and my other housemate, Dominique 😊

We have an extremely friendly cat called Oscar and two dogs, a German Shepherd called ChiChi and a Chihuahua called Vinny.

I am a shift worker and seem to make far too many social plans so I’m in and out a lot but do enjoy an evening curled up in front of the tele with some wine and a takeaway too!
Dominique runs a Doggy Daycare so works weekdays and is social too.
We met on here last year and have become great friends so it would awesome to find someone else to live with that becomes a friend rather than just a housemate.

The room for rent is a small furnished double. It has a double bed with storage draws, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside table with electric heating. There is a bathroom with bath and shower fixture and a separate shower room. Downstairs is a kitchen/diner, lounge with log burner and toilet. All of which would be available for your use. There is no TV Ariel in the room but the lounge has a smart tv with Prime and Netflix.

The house is a terraced in a row of 4 in a quiet area. It has 2 stories, a garden and street parking. Witham train station is around a 20 minute walk and the town centre about the same. There is a small Asda and Co-Op within walking distance or Aldi/Lidl/Morrison’s & Tesco all a short drive.

We like a tidy house but with 2 girls and 3 pets, it’s never going to stay pristine and the hoover is always full of hair! 😂 We’d expect any housemate to keep their space tidy and help with cleaning of communal areas as they would be used by all of us.

We’re looking for someone friendly, fun and social but respectful of each others space too. We love going to the gym, getting outdoors, swimming, trash tv, bottomless brunching and having a good old gossip about all the bad dates we go on!

I’m open to short or long term lets and would create a contract which provides the option for either person to give one months notice. Bills are all included. No smokers please. I’m also open to pets depending on how they get on with ours.
