A parking space comes with the room if needed however this cannot be sub rented. There is a fibre broadband connection and all other rooms except bedrooms are shared with myself these include, kitchen, bathroom, lounge and dining room. The garden is south facing and has a large patio.
Anyone considering this room must be dog friendly and sensible when coming and going from the property. LGBT & race/ethnically friendly.
